Appliance Repair - Pricing
There is a service call charge for all non-warranty calls. The charge ranges from $67.95 to $77.95. This charge covers a trip to your home by one of our technicians and a diagnosis of your appliance. The service call charge varies depending on the appliance that needs to be diagnosed. Some appliances are very complex requiring more expensive diagnostic tools than others. Your customer service representative will be able to give you the exact amount once the appliance is identified.
Once a diagnosis is complete, your technician will explain the labor and parts charges involved in the service or repair of your appliance. These labor and parts charges are in addition to the service call fee. You are not obligated to repair or service your appliance once the diagnosis is complete.
Our repair labor is based on time standards in the industry stating how long a specific repair on a specific appliance should take to complete.
